Please read the following Terms and Conditions, which relate to information regarding general use of our websites and the terms and conditions relating to purchases of subscriptions. By using our websites, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions whether as a registered user or subscriber. By using our site you are indicating you accept these terms of use and that you agree to abide by them. We recommend that you read these Terms and Conditions prior to using our sites and thereafter regularly review any changes and you are responsible for doing so.

We try to ensure that website availability is uninterrupted. However, we cannot guarantee that your access will not be suspended or restricted from time to time, including allowing for repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new facilities or services. We of course try to limit the frequency and duration of any suspension or restriction.

If you have registered or subscribed to use any service within the Samsonplab Website, any user identification code or password is confidential and used only by you for the specified term of your subscription or registration period .We have the right to take action should this requirement be breached.

When you request an online purchase, the language that we offer to you for the conclusion of this process will be English only. When submitting your request to purchase any Samsonplab service, you will be asked to indicate which course that you wish to subscribe to. You will then proceed to another web page, which will require you to initiate an account (if you have not already done so), by entering in your email address and choosing a password. You will then proceed to an Order Summary page and you will need to indicate your method of payment and some contact details. Should you be paying online, you will proceed to a secure payment page. For online payments, we may at that time allow you to have temporary access online to the Samsonplab service that you wish to subscribe to, but this is a gesture of goodwill and does not represent acceptance of your offer. Access will need to be made via the user name and password supplied. Irrespective of an online payment, our contract will not become binding until five working days have elapsed after a successful payment is made online and only if we do not contact you. This is in case any pricing errors have occurred and if so we will contact you. Please note that if you wish to cancel any subscription that you have purchased after our contract comes into effect, cancellation shall be at our discretion and if accepted may be subject to a cancellation charge. You hereby agree that no cancellation is allowed after these services have started to be supplied. This does not otherwise affect your statutory rights.

Samsonplab services are supplied subject to availability and remaining in current circulation. In the event that we are unable to supply any Samsonplab services for the agreed term. We will not however be liable to the full extent permitted by law, for any direct or indirect loss caused as a result of not being able to supply to you within the subscription for all or any of the periods subscribed to.

All the services at samsonplab are subjective to terms and conditions.In the event that you fail the Plab 2 exam after attending our Plab 2 course you will be allowed to come back and reattend the course and use our services until you pass the exam. Candidates who attend other courses together with Samsonplab Plab 2 course are not eligible to return to Samsonplab If they fail the exam. The services of using our premises and manikins after failing Plab 2 exam are available only to those candidates who have attended Samsonplab course only without exception. All other available services like post-plab programme,issuing CPD certificates,help with jobs or visas are subject to terms and conditions and are offered on discretion. Doctors who wish to use our courses for CPD accreditation must say so before enrolling for the course. CPD Certificates are offered at the end of each course. We do not offer CPD certificates in retrospective.

SamsonPlab Academy Limited reserves the right to reschedule the classes or the mock dates. It is for the best interest of the students or due to unforeseen circumstances. In such situations, we will not give less than 48 hours notice about the changes.

MOCK TESTS:

Candidates are expected to arrive in time for the mock test. If you are late for the mock test, you will not be allowed to enter the exam room.  Where it is possible for you to be included in the mock test with minimal interruption, a fee of £20  will be charged.

Candidates are also expected to attend all mock tests, OSCE mock tests and feedbacks. If you miss lessons, mock tests or mock feedbacks, you will not be allowed to attend any more mock tests.

VIDEO RECORDING:

We may record the OSCE mock exams or a lesson for the purpose of student feedback and monitoring purposes. The videos taken during a mock exam or lessons are solely used for the above purpose and we usually delete them as soon as they are reviewed.

Your privacy is important to us and we will not circulate these videos.

Students are not allowed to make any videos or voice recordings during or after the lessons/mock test while they are at SamsonPlab academy premises.

By registering for our course, you agree to the above terms and conditions.

The price that you pay for the Samsonplab services you order should be the standard pricing as indicated on the website. All subscribers are required to make payment in pounds sterling. Should you be paying from an account outside of the United Kingdom, your bank will calculate the exchange rate.

We try to ensure that all of our prices on our website are accurate, however errors may occur. If we discover any errors in the prices of the services that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of recommencing your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If you do not respond to our contact, we will treat the order as cancelled. However, errors may occur in payments, if something happens on our website, you will receive a full refund.

Payments may be made through the methods specified on our Order Summary section of our website. We take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure. Unless we are negligent however, we cannot be liable for losses causes as a result of unauthorized access to the information provided by you.

REFUND POLICY:

In certain circumstances, where we feel that we need to refund the money, e.g. in cases of visa refusal, we will deduct a non-refundable admin fee of £200.

The content, layout, notes, and databases on this website are protected and owned by the Samsonplab academy Limited. Contents are strictly for your personal non-commercial use, no part of the website and/or its content may be reproduced, stored in any medium, in any form or by any means. You may not create any derivative work or make any other adaptation, without our prior written consent. You must not modify any of the copies you have displayed on screen (or in printed certificates) in any way.

Any material you upload to any user forum will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary (unless otherwise stated on the site) and we have the right to use, copy, distribute and disclose to third parties any such material for any purpose. We also have the right to disclose your identity to any third party who is claiming that any material posted or uploaded by you to our site constitutes a violation of their intellectual property rights, or of their right to privacy.

You must not use the website in any way that causes or is likely to cause the website or access to it to be interrupted, damaged or impaired in any way. You understand that you are solely responsible for all electronic communications and contents sent from your computer to us. You must use the website for lawful purposes only. You must not use the website for any material that is illegal, offensive, abusive or any spam.

Attendance: We expect all doctors and dentists to attend all the classes, mock tests, mock  feedbacks and any training programmes designed for the course. If the candidate is not able to attend any of the above programme he/she should put this in writing and address it to Dr Samson. Failure to do this may result in a candidate being removed from the programme or denied entrance to the premises.  If you are removed from the course due to non compliant with the college rules, NO refund shall be made.

CPD Certificates: These should be requested on the first day of the course so that your hours are monitored. If you fail to do so , the certificate will NOT be offered.

Where a course duration is more than 4 days a maximum of 20 hours will be given per course. Candidates are to attend a different course to get more hours.

Candidates are expected NOT to bring their relatives when coming to practice. If you have a special circumstance you need to discuss this with he admin. Exceptions may be made on discretion.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, whose courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction, although we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these conditions in your country of residence or other relevant country.
